KUBUS PLATFORM: TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

By accessing or using Kubus Services (the "Platform" or "Service"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and PT Kubus Multi Dimensi ("We", "Us", or "Our").

## 1. Eligibility and Service Usage

You affirm that You are at least 7 years of age or older, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, to use the Service.

You commit to using the Service strictly for **lawful and authorized purposes** only.

Any **unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent use** of the Platform may lead to immediate suspension or termination of Your account and legal action.

## 2. User Accounts and Security

**Account Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account credentials, including Your password.
**Data Integrity:** You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.
**Monitoring and Suspension:** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if We reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms or detect any suspicious, unauthorized, or security-compromising activities.

## 3. Digital Tokens and Payments (Non-Refundable) ⚠️

The use of certain premium features and services on the Kubus Platform requires the purchase of digital tokens ("Tokens"). The following specific terms apply to all Token purchases:

Non-Redeemable and Non-Refundable

Tokens are strictly **non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable** for fiat currency (cash) or any monetary value outside of the Kubus Platform.
Tokens serve solely as an internal payment mechanism to access and utilize the specialized services and content provided exclusively on the Kubus Platform.
The purchase of Tokens is considered a final transaction. By purchasing Tokens, You agree that You are purchasing a license to use a digital item within the Platform and **forfeit any right to request a monetary refund**.

## 4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, and source code ("Content"), are the exclusive property of PT Kubus Multi Dimensi or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Content without Our prior written permission.

## 5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Kubus Multi Dimensi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of Your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

## 6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify You of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your **continued use of the Service** after any such change constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
