1. Configure Interview Questions
Recruiters create and customize structured video interview questions, set response time limits, and define evaluation criteria.
2. Asynchronous Video Interview Invitation
HR sends an online video interview invitation.
3. Candidate Takes Online Asynchronous Video Interview
The candidate records structured video responses to predefined questions within a secure and monitored environment. Each response follows the configured time limit before final submission.
4. Assign Reviewers
Once the candidate completes the interview, recruiters can assign reviewers including end users or team members to evaluate the recorded responses. For data privacy and security purposes, all interview videos are automatically deleted by the system 30 days after the interview completion date.
5. Reviewer Evaluation & Scoring
Reviewers receive an email notification, access the platform, select the assigned candidate, watch each recorded response, and provide structured evaluations. Each question is scored on a scale of 1–10 with optional comments before submission.
6. Final Decision by HR
After all reviewers submit their evaluations, HR accesses the consolidated scores and reviewer comments in the dashboard. Based on structured insights, HR makes the final hiring decision and updates the candidate status.
